Happy Birthday, Baby!

Happy Birthday, Baby!

Since starting my own business I’ve been able to travel and spend more time with friends and family.

What Brought Me Here

I am so very grateful for the path that I am on. I have worked very hard to be able to B R E A T H E … emotionally, financially, physically, and mentally B R E A T H E.

Sound familiar? I’ve met some really amazing people along my journey who have been searching for the same. I love the ability to see why I met them, worked with them, dated them, stopped working with them, stopped dating them… well… you get the idea!

It’s a gift when you are able to view this life as a journey and to appreciate the things that happen in life as events that you simply have to navigate through. That you aren’t a bad person, that you didn’t do anything wrong, but that you’re HUMAN and this life is not for the faint of heart.

6 years ago I had hit a HUGE roadblock along my journey. It was the “fork in the road moment”… I was either going to slip into an even deeper depression and addiction or I was going to have to start living again, a new life, not the one I planned for.

The new life was one of pain, true authenticity, and a lot of work! Literally and figuratively. I chose to Live. I chose the really HARD path… and I’m so glad I did.

Here’s Why…

I like “me” today. That took a lot of work. Once I forgave myself for past wrongs and the difficulties I experienced at the hand of a nasty ex-husband, I was able to start opening up and learning that I wasn’t the only one who had struggled with a narcissistic abuser who I allowed to strip me of myself (and my children). I’m no longer ashamed to talk about it or own it as my story. That has REALLY helped me as a new business owner because I was able to remind myself of my strengths and talents and what I really loved to do… marketing and helping people. Now I’m able to help others who are passionate about what they are doing and my unique skill of getting the story from them about their passions is a gift I can now share and it really makes a difference when branding and striving to reach your ideal customers.

I have the most amazing support group of Women! I’ve been so fortunate to connect with some really inspiring women. I joined a networking group last year and it has been the best decision I’ve made since I joined The Candy Factory coworking space. Not only have I gained customers from my networking group and my coworking space, but I’ve also gained friendships and mentors at each. I have found it so inspiring to learn from other women entrepreneurs and it has solidified my decision to run my own business. I’m grateful to each and every one of you (and you know who you are) who’s helped me along these past few years!

I’ve been able to help over 30 clients in the past 2 years! By trusting the process, I’ve been helping clients for the past two years gain sales, visibility on social media, establish a brand complete with business name, logo, and website, develop Google-specific content for clients, design promotional items, and much more! It has been so rewarding to see so many businesses come to life after working with Soul Creative.

My Deepest Gratitude

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support of my small business. I hope to keep exceeding your expectations through my authentic approach for many years to come. Thanks for helping me believe in myself and in my passion!
